Ive tried to keep a fire going in the shop everyday just to see how much wood would burn. I want to be heating the house with mainly wood next year. I think I had a cord or so stacked and its already gone. Im fortunate enough to have the farm to collect wood. I picked up a load yesterday. I got lucky and found several precut logs that a former farmhand had cut and left stacked in the fields. Notice my pallet collection, I plan to build a building out of them.
Christmas time is here. This is the first year ive enjoyed setting up the lights and tree. Jackson was excited. In the past santa has come to both his.mothers and my place. I think its the last year for that.
Jackson has a great sense of time and is questioning it. Ive loved my people in the past but not like I love Lori. Im happy and we have fun together. I love every day with her. Life is good I just wish Maggie was here.

I havent updated the blog in awhile because ive been busy and am somewhat disconnected from the interworld. A couple months ago I cut off the internet and shortly after I cancled my smartphone. It seems most now adays people are so consumed with technology. I actually feel better without it. Tv is better and with a 18.$ phone from walmart I have to actually talk to people, its great. I recently got a Galaxy Tab which is almost like an iPad. It still allows me to communicated a lottle with my forums, blog, etc. I also dowload books with kindle and actually read them. The NY times is also downloadable. I.dont mind waiting to find wifi to.update my stuff either. It all seems less consuming and truthfully I think the lack of distractions have brought me closer to my family. I think an example is this post. It seems thought out and longer than my other post. Either way hopefully ill.have a more indepth well.thought out post from now on.
